Fulfillment Policies

By placing an order on Sweet Patina, you acknowledge the proper safety, handling, and usage of all of our products.  Safety Data Sheets availble upon request. 

Return/ Exchange Policy- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Customer is resposible for returning apparel at customer's expense. No item that has been worn, washed, or that is no longer in new condition will be eligible for a return or exchange.  Car Care Products that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Sweet Patina reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that we deem ineligible.

Refund Policy - Refund request must take place within 30 days of purchase. Refunds can only be returned to original form of payment.  Refunds can take 5-10 business days to show on credit card statement.  
Car Care Products that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange. 


Sweet Patina reserves the right to refuse any refund that we deem ineligible.

Cancellation Policy- We try our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner.  If you need to cancel an order, please contact Sweet Patina using the Contact us Link ASAP.  If order has already been shipped, customer will be responsible for returning item at their expense, and $9.99 restocking fee will be charged.  

Delivery Policy- We try our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner.  Please note Car Care Products ship ground only and could take 7-10 days to recieve after order is shipped.   Please be patient on all backordered items.  Due to global supply chain issues shipping times can vary.
